Roasted Grape Bruschetta

INGREDIENTS:

Ricotta cheese
Grapes
Olive Oil
sea salt
thyme
German bread

PROCEDURES:

Heat oven to 450 degrees F.  Roast the grapes, sprinkle salts, thyme leaves, and olive oil on top until ready. Slice, toast the bread, and spread a bit of olive oil on top of the bread.  Final step: assemble the ingredients and serve.
