|Saturday| Pinot Gris versus Pinot Grigio

They’re the same grape, but one is French, and the other is Italian.

Pinot Gris  is from the Alsace region of France; it’s rich, sweet, spicy, and has tropical fruit aroma. Pinot Grigio is from northeastern Italy; it’s lighter, crisp, clean, citrus, and vibrant.
